We are dedicated to offering you first class service. Simply, it's a no hassle, no worries philosophy that helps to ensure 100% satisfaction when you shop with us.
Q: What happens if I want to return a blank garment? A: Return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, or replacement. If the return is the result of our error, the cost of the return shipping is free. If your return is not the result of our error, the shipping costs associated with your return will be deducted from the amount of the refund. Once your return has been received, we will issue a the refund within 3 working days. All returns must be in "Brand New Condition" when returned - if the garment has been, used, defaced or damaged in any way, other than accidental damage in transit, it will not be eligible for a refund.
Q: What happens if I want to return a custom printed garment? A: Please remember custom printed garments are unique so choose carefully, because unless the custom garment has defects or errors we can't accept their return.
Online Orders
Q: When will you print my order? A: We will aim to print and send your order the same day as it is received, if it's too late in the day it will be the following day.
Q: How long will it take for clothing to arrive? A: 2-4 days for our FREE shipping within NZ. Outside NZ, usually 7-8 days (international postage is NZ$12.50)
Q: How will I know that you have received my order? A: We will email you an order confirmation once your order has been reveiwed by one of our team.
Q: What is the maximum size I can print on my garment? A: The maximum size for a print under our standard prices is around A4 (210x297mm) per side. We can print larger prints though this may cost you more.
Q: Is there a minimum order number? A: No - minimum order is one!
Q: Is there any set up fees? A: No, there is no set up cost for one off orders (less than 10 garments).
Q: Can you print my photo onto a garment? A: Yes. We can print anything, printed photos, jpeg's, almost any file type - the bigger the photo, the better the quality of the print.
Q: Do I get a bulk order discount? A: Yes. Drop us an email with your requirements, we will usually quote within 24 hours.
Q: Can you print on my own garments? A: Yes. We can print on almost anything, but 100% cotton or cotton/poly blend fabrics are best. If you're not sure, bring the garment into a shop and we can test it under our heat press, or send us an email.
Q: Can I collect my garments from a shop? A: Yes, select this option from the payment menu.
Q: What is the delivery time? A: Most small orders will be posted within 48 hours of order.
Q: What is the order process? A: Once we receive your order and payment, we will review, print and post it. If we have any issues we will usually contact you via email.
Q: How can I order clothing for my team or organisation? A: Head to our contact page and drop us an email outlining your printing needs. We will usually be in contact within 24 hours.
Q: You dont have the garments I am looking for? A: We can source almost anything, fast! Just ask!
Q: Can I pay by bank transfer? A: Yes, you can select this option from the payment menu. Once ordered you will be emailed our account number. We will print and post your order once payment has cleared into our account (usually overnight).
