Born and raised in London and on the South Coast of England, Jim has been happily defacing property since he got his first pack of crayons as a small child in the late 70’s. Nearly three decades later he has focused much of his efforts into design and illustration, accumulating several qualifications along the way including a 1st Diploma in Design, National Diploma in Product Design, a Higher National Diploma in Illustration and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Illustration.
Throughout the last ten years Jim has worked both freelance as an illustrator and full-time as an international designer producing work in many countries including the UK, France, Italy, Holland, Germany, Switzerland and Japan. Previous clients include Rolls-Royce, Barclays International, McLaren, and Lush Cosmetics.
Currently manager of the Queenstown Branch of CSTM Print, Jim specializes in 2D and 3D digital illustration and pre-press production. His style is best described as ‘diverse’ and although usually tailored to a clients specifications, his personal works remain wildly varied from a loose mash-up of traditional & digital media techniques to the clean and technical precision you would expect from a draughtsman.

Helen has been painting or drawing since she could walk. She finally put those skills to the test, and graduated with a degree in graphic design in 2003. She is happiest with a pencil or paintbrush in her hand. She left Ireland and came to New Zealand, lured by snowy mountains and hot summers and has been in Queenstown ever since she hopped of the bus on a south island trip.
Her influences and style are as varied as her music collection, but a keen sense of humour and a slight rebellious streak predominate. When she's not working hard in CSTM's Queenstown branch, she can be found playing harder in the town's pubs and clubs teaching the locals how to dance, or outdoors, trying to master snowboarding in the winter or any of the other out doorsie activites Queenstown has on offer, hopefully keeping the injuries to a minimum.

A born and bred Cantabrian, Candace studied Graphic Design for two years at Natcoll Design Technology. With two diplomas under her belt Candace enjoys all types of music and has become quite a drum and bass fan (after listening to Radio One and Essential Mixes at CSTM Print Christchurch).
Candace has been with CSTM Print for almost two years and is now managing the Christchurch store with help from her two awesome work collegues Caitlin and Clay (The Three C’s lol). Candace’s gulity pleasure is that she is a Facebook Addict, and she has super good hearing! She loves learning something new everyday and will give anything a go!

Caitlin is a Graphic Design and Digital Media graduate from Natcoll Design Technology in Christchurch. She originally hails from the town of Oamaru, but thankfully got out of there in time to make it to Christchurch to study in 2008, when she also started working part-time at CSTM Print. She is now a full-time duty manager at the Christchurch store. While she's not doing Clay's head in with ridiculous new pre-print ideas and making customers' printing-related dreams come true, she enjoys fiddling with all kinds of technological bits and pieces, watching trashy tv and B-grade movies, and doing regular (and often painful) Zumba sessions!
Her design inspiration comes from sources far and wide, but include mostly anything under the categories of fancy-looking, pretty and/or whimsical.
